Where can I get the customs tariff number and information on the country of origin of a purchased item?

You will find the customs tariff number and country of origin on your order confirmation. These are available to download in the MyMISUMI customer portal.

Where can I find the ROHS and REACH declaration of conformity?

You can download the ROHS and REACH declaration of conformity directly from the MyMISUMI customer portal:
 
->Log in to MyMISUMI-profile
->In the menu on the left side you will find the category 'General Documents'
-> Click on 'ROHS and REACH Regulations' to download the document as PDF file.

Where can I find the ISO certificates?

You can download ISO certificates directly from the MyMISUMI customer portal:
 
->Log in to MyMISUMI-profile
->In the menu on the left side you will find the category 'General Documents'
-> Click on the relevant ISO certificate name to download the document as PDF.

How can I get a long-term delivery declaration? (LDD)?

Long-term supplier's declarations are issued for goods without preferential originating status. For this purpose, MISUMI uses its own form, which complies with the Implementing Regulation 2015/2447 (UZK-IA). The validity is limited to 24 months. MISUMI has no legal obligation to issue a supplier's declaration according to 2015/2447 (UZKIA), for more information please see our General Terms and Conditions. How can I convert my quotation into an order?

You can convert your quotation into an order online as follows:
 
  • Log in to the MyMISUMI profile
  • Go to your quotation overview
  • Select the quotation you want to convert
  • Click the Convert to Order button
 
Now you can finalize your order.

Are the prices shown as net or gross?

The prices in the MISUMI online shop are shown as net prices, excluding VAT. If 19% VAT is due on your order, this will be shown in the last step of the online order and on the order confirmation.
 
If you order from outside Germany, but within the EU and provide us with a valid VAT ID during registration or before ordering, the order will be free of tax. If the VAT ID is no longer valid when an order is placed, the invoice will be issued with 19% VAT applied. To avoid any problems, please notify us of any changes to the VAT ID on time via our Help Center

Can I get my items faster?

Within the standard delivery time of products (between 3 and 9 working days until shipment) there is no possibility to shorten the delivery time. If you see a later delivery date than the standard delivery time displayed on the product page, please proceed as follows:
  • Log in to your MyMISUMI profile
  • Go to Help Center
  • Select the categories ‘Order’ and ‘Change/Modify
  • Select ‘Delivery date’ from the drop-down menu
  • Give us detailed information for which item and order you are requesting a delivery time reduction
 
We individually request from the supplier if a shorter delivery time will be possible. The supplier's response usually takes up to the next working day. We will inform you as soon as possible.

Who can register with MISUMI?

Any officially registered company, any trader, as well as educational institutions, can register as a Corporate User with MISUMI. This registration is a prerequisite for ordering from MISUMI or requesting quotations. Since MISUMI is purely a B2B company (Business to Business), it is not possible to register as a private customer.
 
When you register as a CAD user, you do not have to have a business. As a CAD user, you can view and download CAD files, but cannot order or request quotations.

Is there a minimum order quantity or minimum order value?

There is no minimum order quantity or minimum order value for MISUMI products. In rare cases, there may be items from suppliers sold by MISUMI that have a minimum order quantity.

Details for items sold with a minimum order quantity will be provided on the product page. If your order quantity is lower than the minimum order quantity, you will be notified during the order process.

How do I register with MISUMI?

Any officially registered company, business or educational institution can register with MISUMI as a Corporate User:
  • Enter your email address and submit the form
  • Confirm the activation link you will receive via email
  • Enter your personal details and choose a login ID and password
  • Choose whether you want to 1) create a new corporate account (if your company is not yet a MISUMI customer), or 2) add your user account to an existing corporate account (if your company is already a MIUSMI customer and you know the customer code).
    • for 1.) Enter your company details, check them in the next step and submit the registration.
    • for 2.) Enter the MISUMI customer number of your company, check your data in the next step and send the registration.
 
Your registration will be checked afterwards. You will be contacted if there are any further questions. Please be aware, when you chosse option 2.) your registration will not be approved by MISUMI, but by your company's internal administrator. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can then log in to your account and fully use it.
 
You can also register as a CAD user without a business. Enter your personal details, choose a login ID and password and complete the registration process. You can now download CAD data. Ordering or requesting quotations is not possible as a CAD user.
