    - Uses a nylon abrasive made from grains encrusted on intertwined nylon fibers; the intertwined nylon fibers of the nylon abrasives play a cushioning role to prevent over-shaving of the grinding material, compared with the grains coming directly in contact with the grinding surface like with paper abrasives. Used mainly for polishing. High self-generating action allows no clogging.
    [Applications]
    • For removing weld burn, sealer sanding of curved surfaces or round parts of woodworking materials, finishing before painting, satin finishing, or pre-treatment for mirror surface processing.
    Tool used: disc grinder.
