Connectors (optional parts and accessories) are used to connect electrical wiring. Some products are better suited than others for different electrical capacities and situations. Like the USB connectors for the computer serial bus USB standard, electronic devices use various connectors for signal lines. Multi-pin connectors are also used inside electronic devices to connect cables to PCB. Power supply connectors connect electrical appliances to a power source, and a different type should be used according to electrical capacity and situations. Outdoor applications require types with waterproof caps, and automotive connectors must exhibit excellent durability against vibration and high temperatures.
