MISUMI offers a variety of mechanical components, namely configurable solid shafts, linear rail shafts, hollow linear motion shafts, and precision linear motion shafts with straight, offset, and conical ends. Our product range includes steel shafts with shaft diameters from 3 to 50mm, as well as shaft lengths from 10 to 1500mm and ISO tolerances: h5, k5, g6, f8, h6, h7. The precision linear shafts are characterized by particularly high straightness and perpendicularity. The MISUMI online shop offers various fixing variants for our linear shafts, such as external and internal threads, adjustment screw grooves, locking ring grooves, and spring grooves. Additional configuration options for our solid shafts and hollow shafts include the selection of the material, hardness, surface treatment, and surface coating. At MISUMI, you can choose between untempered steel, induction-hardened steel shafts (inductive boundary layer hardening), low-alloy steel, rolling bearing steel, and stainless steel shafts. For linear shafts, surface coatings can be selected from chemically nickel-plated, LTBC-coated, and hard chrome plated.
