  Junflon High-Barrier PFA Tube

  A hybrid tube that uses a fluoropolymer PFA in the inner layer and the barrier properties of fluoropolymer in the outer layer. The wetted inner layer using semiconductor PFA, has high basic characteristics (purity, chemical/heat resistance, and antiadhesion) in semiconductor piping applications .[Features]· A fluoropolymer tube with superior barrier properties.· A hybrid tube that uses fluoropolymer PFA in the inner layer and the barrier properties of fluoropolymer in the outer layer.· The wetted inner layer using semiconductor PFA, has high basic characteristics (purity, chemical/heat resistance, and antiadhesion) in semiconductor piping applications .· The barrier properties of the fluoropolymer is superior to the barrier properties of the acids (hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, etc.) and ammonia.· Suppresses the permeation of acids in comparison to conventional PFA tubing.· Reduces adverse environmental impacts on the wider environment.· The transparency of the fluid can be maintained over a long period of time.· The mechanical properties are equivalent to a conventional PFA tubing.· This product is manufactured from raw material input to the molding and packaging in a consistently managed clean environment.
