High-speed, high power transmission V-belt pulley that conforms with JIS B 1855.
[Features]
· Consistent production from casting to machining and surface treatment.
· Cell production method allows the production of many kinds of products in low volume, with short lead times.
· Enables high speed and high power transmission to make it possible to design a system with a smaller pulley diameter, shorter shaft distance and fewer belts.
· Full lineup. 491 size. 3V: 153 size, 5V: 257 size, 8V: 81 size.
· 230 size has been added into JIS standard 261 size separately. Fine standardization of small-diameter sizes used particularly in drive side mechanisms.
· Top-quality pulley with materials, machining precision and balance accuracy exceeding JIS standards (JIS B 1855-1991, "Slim V-pulley").
· Imbalance tolerance on the outer circumference guaranteed to be 0.1% of pulley mass.
