· GN-100S is a pure nickel MIG welding solid wire that includes a suitable amount of Al and Ti.
· For welding in various cast iron parts, since there is little hardening in the welding bonds, mechanical machining is easy.
· Excellent weldability where blow holes, cracks and other welding defects are unlikely, as well as incredible X-ray performance and mechanical properties.
· Welded metal expands and shrinks very little and has excellent crack resistance.
· It is also outstanding in corrosion resistance against alkalis such as caustic soda.
