· GN-55SN is a MAG welding solid wire for cast iron with a chemical composition for the welded metal which is 57%Ni-special element-remainder made of Fe.
· Welded metal has excellent mechanical properties and has high reliability for pressure-resistant and thick-walled parts, etc.
· Also has excellent workability with little hardening of welded parts, simplifying welded machining operations. Weld defects are unlikely to occur and X-ray performance is excellent.
· Excellent work efficiency, possible to obtain more than 3 times the efficiency of shielded metal arc welding.
