Selection steps
■Selection procedure of compact cylinders (See "Technical Information" shown below for details.)
1. Define various conditions of the load
↓
2. Calculate cylinder output (In case of double acting type)
↓
3. Determine the tube I.D.
↓
4. Determine the theoretical reference speed
↓
5. Verify the cylinder's cushion mechanism
↓
6.Verification of lateral load which is supplied to the cylinder

IDEA NOTE The long stroke is achieved by the combined use of air cylinders and linear guides and the parallel arrangement of the cylinders. In this way, the height in the escaped state is reduced and this leads to space-saving
In achieving a long stroke by means of two cylinders, using a linear guide in combination and arranging the cylinders in parallel, the height in the escaped state is reduced leading to space-saving.
IDEA NOTE Increased speed achieved through combined use of air cylinders
By simultaneously operating air cylinders, the operation time is reduced compared to that when performing a long stroke with a single air cylinder.
